- How can I pay for my order?
Payments can be made using PayPal. PayPal takes payments through credit card, debit, check, or draft from your checking account. Payments can also be made money order. When using a money order for your payment, please email your order request first, so that your items are set aside.
- How much is shipping?
Items ship from the United States using the United States Postal Service. Shipping/handling for US and Canada starts at $2 US for the first 2 items, $3 for 3-4 items, $5 for 5-6 items, $6 7+ items.
United Kingdom shipping begins at $5 US for the first 2 items. Due to customs, there is no reasonable timeline to offer for arrival of orders. Usually it takes two weeks but can take even longer.
Sets are considered one item. Orders of $50+ are automatically insured within the US, excludes international orders. Delivery confirmation/tracking occurs on all US shipments, not available for international orders. During free S/H promotions or codes, insurance will not be adding, tracking will still be applied.
- When do items ship?
Items are shipped within 5 days of ordering. Usually items will be shipped the same day or within 2 days of ordering. Please keep in mind that I do have a full time job and do Sisterlocks as well. Once shipped, US items usually arrive within 2-3 days. International items can take up to 2 weeks.
- International and Military Shipping
Purchases can be made from the US, Canada, and the UK. If you live in another country, please send me an email so that I can price and set up shipping for you.
- Can I get a refund or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to arrange the return and refund for the purchase. The item must be returned first in order to receive a refund for the full price of the item. The customer is responsible for fees on returned purchases.
Quantities of beads are extremely limited and some items are one of kind, therefore items are not available for exchange.
- What if the item breaks?
Tomoka's Twists is not responsible for damages and/or losses during shipping. Insurance is applied on order of $50+. If you would like insurance on items under $50 please send an email to arrange for this. Keep in mind that items can be made of glass, ceramic, clay, and semi-precious gems which are strong but they can crack or break. I will work with customers on individual basis to see if the item can be repaired. If the beads, stone, disc are still intact, then it is possible that your item can be repaired! Please send an email if your item needs to be repaired.
- Personalized Items
Tomoka's Twists can be personalized with up to 5 five letters on each end. Please contact me for your order and pricing.
- Family & Friends
Please keep your Tomoka's Twists accessories on your head and away from family members and friends. Situations of missing items have occured. Items are later spotted being sported by relatives, friends, or roommates. Be sure to tell your people to get their own! If you have gotten this far, I sincerely appreciate you!
